I Choose: A Life I Can Live With

I Choose is the title to an upcoming book by Maurice Legendre and follows a slightly different path from the Co-Empowerment approach.  As a text focused on personal growth, balance,  heartfelt life experience, it is a part of the larger process of interpersonal empowerment.

I Choose is a self reflective book based on the idea that in order to interact cleanly with the world outside us we must first clean the inner world.  So I Choose is a guide through those first steps of release, internal inquiry, and investigation into personal goals and what will create a sense of peaceful satisfaction.

With the evolution of Self and developing the ability to see our own choices and desires more clearly, comes the ability to act with a deeper sense of purpose.  The interactions we have are more meaningful when we mean the things we say and do.  We can begin to step out of the reaction based choices and start to understand the emotions and past issues that generate so much of our current opinion and outlook.  The process of conscious evolution is not only about What we speak, think and feel.  It’s the Why.  Why we use certain ways of being and interacting and why has that become the language we use.  Once we realize that there are reasons for how we act and start to understand what they are, we can start to Choose a different way based on what we choose to embody and welcome into our lives.

I Choose is not the whole road just the first steps.  It is intended to be a door that can help you open the inner world.  Once open you must choose to do the work to make it an inner world you can live with.
